Handicap

1. For those whose handicap updated by the club.

- Members who own official and valid cards issued by Tam Dao Golf & Resort;

- Customers are not members of the club but need to update HANDICAP and have the approval of the executive director.

2. Benefits of members and customers when updating handicap

- The club updates the standard HANDICAP monthly;

- Publicize handicap on the website and information board of the club;

- Get official handicap certification by the club when participating in tournaments outside the club, or when playing golf at golf courses that require an official handicap certification of the club;

- Be placed in the competition table in accordance with handicap when participating in tournaments organized by the club.

3. Requirements for Members and customers when updating handicap

3.1. For Club members

- Having at least 20 score cards playing 18 holes at Tam Dao Golf & Resort.

- Or 20 score cards playing 18 holes at other golf courses certified by that club;

- Submiting valid score card to the club according to the regulations after each round of golf when playing golf at the club, or as quickly as possible when generating a score card at other golf courses;

- Submitted score card must be a valid score card according to regulations;

3.2. For those who are not Club Members

- Fees must be paid according to the regulations of the club. This fee may change according to the actual conditions of the club. Other cases must be approved by the Executive Director;

- Having at least 20 valid Score cards playing 18 holes at Tam Dao Golf & Resort. If it is score card when playing at other golf courses, it must be certified by that club;

- Score card must be a valid Score card according to regulations.

Confirmation of a golf club other than Tam Dao golf club is understood as the confirmation of an authorized person of that club that the guest has played golf at the club;

A valid Score card is the Score card issued by the club. The information on the Score card must be filled in completely and accurately. It is the player's responsibility to accurately record his or her round scores, sign the confirmation, and request your teammates to sign the confirmation. In the event that the Caddy staff records the score, the player still has to sign the confirmation and ask the teammate to sign his score.

Regulations on returning Score card to the club

Members and customers (who have been updated and want to do HANDICAP) are required to return their valid Score card to the club after each round, or confirming the score and asking the player to confirm the score on the score card recorded by Caddie after each round.

4. Regulations on termination or suspension of HANDICAP updates

4.1. Provisions on termination (or suspension)

- The club will terminate or suspend updating HANDICAP for members and customers when there is a request with good reason sent to the club;

- The club will stop updating the HANDICAP of members and customers when the membership ends due to expiration or other reasons, or the expiration of the registration period as a HANDICAP (for non-members);

- Club will not reserve HANDICAP prior to termination of Members and guests.

5. Regulations on re-issuance of HANDICAP

- Members and guests must have an application to update the HANDICAP and get the approval of the Executive Director;

- Time to consider updating HANDICAP of members and guests at least after 6 months from the date of suspension. Except for the case that non-member customers apply for an extension of the HANDICAP update period and have the approval of the CEO;
